I worked with Lothrop Associates in White Plains, NY to create two renderings for the Rockland Psychiatric Center in Orangeburg, NY. Lothrop provided the full designs, construction documents, and an existing 3ds Max model. I rebuilt and added to the 3D model according to the changes in the design and to bring the 3D up to a high level of quality for finished renderings. The top two images are the two renderings I created. The bottom two are the renderings that Lothrop asked me to recreate and improve.
